My Favorite Way to Knit

It’s a Wednesday evening, and I have just decided to quit working on my newest Interactive Tool. Hopefully, I will be finished tomorrow and we will be ready to publish it at the end of the week.

I am also working on a new design. Four pieces are on the blocking board and I only have one sleeve to finish.

I am really looking forward to knitting this evening, because I am about to start a new book and hopefully finish the second sleeve.

I am not going to actually read, but begin listening to the new Richard North Patterson novel. This is my favorite way to knit. In fact, I am thinking of naming the new design Caris, in honor of one of the characters in World Without End  by Ken Follett, since most of the sweater was knit listening to this novel.

I can’t think of a better way to spend a November evening…a good book and my latest knitting project.

  1. You are so right-love the audio books and because the library has less of these to chose from, I end up ‘reading’ from authors I never would have tried otherwise-

  2. Carole,

I love reading your wonderfully informative posts about not only my favorite subject, knitting, but I even manage to learn something new about books that I didn’t know….I didn’t realize that I could get audio books from the library, as Cindy mentioned. Geez, everyday there’s something new to learn. :)
